I am excited to welcome the year of the horse and the fire energy that the horse brings. I have always been completely in love with the grace of horses at a distance – my sister was the one brave enough to ride. I remember accompanying her to her lessons and enjoying the long process of brushing her horse in its stable, the tacking and grooming rituals, that hay smell, wool blankets and old dogs everywhere… heaven. In leaving the thoughtful year of the rat, I’m looking forward to luck and following instinct; to learning, connecting, centering, and waking up.
